You know perfection comes with practice. This is also applicable to writing. To become a better writer, you have to hold that your pen regularly and write down anything. You can decide to write for blogs, for your college’s magazine, or even conversations you heard with your friends, family etc? To become a better writer, you have to write down anything that flow into your skull. Never stop writing even when your pen is dried.

• Show Yourself To The World

When you write, you are either saving them on your computer or piling them up in your room. Do you know you are hiding your potential with such act? You should let the World see the potentials in your writings. You can showcase your work using many platforms including your blog, Medium, journals, magazines etc. When you do that, you are exposing your writing mind to opinions from the World. These opinions or suggestions are important during your journey of becoming a better writer.

• Embrace Critics With Love

Showing your writings to the World will allow writers and non-writers to give their views about your work. These views can come in two forms- positive and negative. You need both of them to become a great and better writer. In fact, look out for people that provide destructive criticism (s) for your writings. Never succumb to such comments for most of today’s great and better writers also encountered them.
